The information provided on this site will hopefully give you some feeling for the work we do and the vision we have for the care and service to older people. As many of you would know the health and aged care sector is increasingly complex and becoming more and more difficult for all organisations, particularly those delivering services at the highest standards. In order to ensure that our commitment is maintained to the highest standards we call upon our Christian tradition and the leadership that has been a constant inspiration and guide since our foundations. Our leaders and managers find true inspiration and strength in the knowledge that they are witnessing to the example of Christ’s healing ministry and continuing a mission and vision inspired by our founder Arnold Janssen over 100 years ago. A mission in Christ’s healing ministry is never complete; so long as people are hungry, alone, suffering and in need of love and care.

Since the foundation of Holy Spirit Care Services it is unmistakable that those who have made their commitment to our mission have done so through finding genuine inspiration from the example of the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters. Those who have and will commit to our journey find a legacy rich in selfless sacrifice, giving and service to others.

Our approach of managing in a health and aged care environment that is constantly changing is to espouse a culture based on principles that do not change. Whatever else changes in our world or our environment our values and principles which define our service do not; giving those who have made a commitment to share our journey, the faith and confidence to be responsible for it. We are proud of the service we have created, founded on the belief that each of us is created in the image and likeness of God. We all deserve respect, care and service delivered from that perspective.
