Giving Bequests |
|||
“It is in giving that we receive” St Francis of Assisi A Bequest is a way of leaving a donation or financial support in your will. Your will is a very private matter, however from time to time residents and their families or friends request information on how they can bequeath funds to Holy Spirit Care Services through their will. After providing for their families, many people find they have capacity to make a bequest and wish to direct it to supporting general or specific activities of Holy Spirit Care Services or their facilities. To be in a position to give back to an institution that has supported you or a family member; a friend or even the community at large, provides a wonderful opportunity to create a living memorial. Your contribution will not only give financial support now and convey appreciation but will contribute to ensuring a worthy legacy continues into the future. There are several ways you can include Holy Spirit Care Services under the terms of your Will;
If you have not had a will drawn up, the first step is to consult your solicitor or Trustee Company for assistance. For those who have already made their will, it is simply a matter of adding a codicil, or amendment, setting out your instructions. Once again your solicitor, Trustee Company will assist you.
