The Board and management of Holy Spirit Care Services are committed to achieving best practice principles and responsibilities relevant to their position as directors and officers of Holy Spirit Care Services. All directors in consenting to act as a director of the company are bound by these principles and responsibilities and strive to attain the personal and culture qualities displayed by highly effective boards. These key principles are set out in various governance and operational policies and provide a minimum standard and tangible evidence of commitment to achieving the expectations of all stakeholders.
