The facilities, services and operations conducted by Holy Spirit Care Services are performed by two companies Holy Spirit Care Services (Brisbane) Ltd and Holy Spirit Care Services (Cairns) Ltd. Holy Spirit Care Services is the trading name for the group representing the two companies. Each company is a ‘not for profit’ public company limited by guarantee. The members of both companies are the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters who appoint a board of directors to govern both companies in accordance with its objects and mission. |
