Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) approval for low care admission

Accommodation:
100 bed low care facility including a special dementia unit (Coonowrin Lodge – 21 beds)
Single rooms with ensuite

Air conditioned separate dining rooms and kitchen in each Hostel

Multidisciplinary care team comprises:
