There is increasing evidence supporting the value of corporate philanthropy and the association of businesses with worthwhile community organisations and causes. Many companies are creating partnerships with their preferred charity to increase community perception of the values of their organisation and also increase their public exposure and awareness.
 
Supporting charitable activities that give relief to suffering of the aged and frail is perhaps the most important contribution you can make to our community. Australia’s population is ageing at an increasing and alarming rate and it is imperative that we provide our support for this important section of the community. Unfortunately, the way we care for our older people as a society varies significantly and many fall through the gaps of a highly regulated and complex system. Many older people cannot obtain access to support, community facilities and/or activities. Many are very poor, dependent, living alone and/or do not have a supportive family that can provide the support needed to enhance quality of life.
 
Holy Spirit Care Services is one of Australia’s most respected and awarded aged care facilities promoting and demonstrating daily a strong commitment to our values and high standards of care. Our pioneering mission outreach programs have changed community attitudes and expectations, and provided Government and the community with efficient yet highly effective solutions to the way we treat our frail aged.
