What should I do now?
The Department of Health & Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) for your area will assess your eligibility for hostel (respite) care. Please then contact Holy Spirit Home on (07) 3263 0321.  Your application will be acknowledged and you will be invited for an interview and to view the respite accommodation. This interview is necessary for confirmation of your respite booking. At a time closer to your planned respite we will forward a Respite Agreement for signing.
