Stage 1: Completion date: October 2010. Bethlehem Home – 86 bed high and low care nursing centre with private airconditioned rooms, personal ensuites, community dining and lounge areas and landscaped courtyards. Stage 2: Completion date: March 2012. Community centre including Chapel, dining and function rooms, café, physiotherapy and podiatry suites, pool, gym and resident and family outdoor facilities. Stage 3: Completion date: March 2012. Extension to the retirement village with 38, 2 and 3 bedroom independent living apartments. Stages 4 & 5: Completion date: 2014.
